Gold Coast City latest development projects

MIAMI

There will be 100 apartments planned for the 24-level tower, now on a 2024 sqm site across 264 and 266 Esplanade. The project will now be known as Burly, and will also feature improved amenities for residents on the lower levels.

BURLEIGH HEADS

Prominent national developer GurnerTM, led by Tim Gurner, is set to have a busy 2023, having recently launched their huge 800-plus apartment project La Pelago in Surfers Paradise. If not sold out to the database, Gurner will launch his other Gold Coast project, at Burleigh Heads, to the market next year.
